Anne Rice and Lestat, a GIFT to us all!

Anne Rice has given all of us fans a most wonderful gift. The ability to ask Lestat any question we would like an answer to and have Lestat choose and reply to one of the many on her Facebook Page.
It is not just one of the most incredible treats I have personally ever experienced, it is a wonderful gift. It is not often that we get to ask and hear back from one of our favorite book characters.
I don't know how many times I have wanted to reach out and talk to many of my favorite characters in my most treasured books. To have a more solid connection aside from the deep emotional one that they inspire in us as we turn each page. And here, the queen of all Vampires, is gifting us with this rare and precious gift. To communicate with one of the most treasured and loved Vampires in recent history.
To have the opportunity to have Lestat answer a question from his point of view. To have that special connection he has inspired in us strengthen and to feel a stronger attachment to the books, the Vampire Chronicles. It's just simply amazing to me.
It seems to me that a simple Thank you to Mrs. Anne Rice is not enough. Yet, that is all I have...a great BIG Thank You for this most wonderful and cherished gift.
